Please note that invoices will need to be paid by check in USD.
If you would prefer to pay for your monthly plan by invoice rather than credit card, follow the steps below:
1. Click on your organization’s name in the top right and then click the settings icon to access your organization's settings.
2. Click on Plan in the left-hand navigation or scroll to the Plan section.
3. From here, follow the "Buy Credit & Prepay!" link.
4. Choose how many months and users you'd like to prepay for, and pick between different plans to calculate the total cost. Depending on the amount, you can receive up to a 20% discount on future payments. Click the Select & Prepay button once you are finished. Note: When paying by invoice, you must prepay for at least three months of your selected subscription plan.
5. Next, enter your billing information. Select Invoice from the Payment Method section, and include your PO Number. When you're finished, click the Generate Invoice button at the bottom.
6. You will be redirected to a page that provides you with a copy of your invoice, as well as instructions on how to proceed with your payment.
