Resizing fields

You have the ability to resize fields by clicking on the left or right edges of the field and dragging it to your preferred size. You can add up to six fields per row depending on the field type.

Using the field toolbar

Once you have selected and/or highlighted a field, a tool bar will appear above your field. This tool bar will help you design your form.

Cut

This option lets you move a field to a different placeholder on the form. Once you cut a field, you can then click on any placeholder and see a Paste option. Once you click Paste, the field will move to the selected placeholder. You can also paste the cut field above any existing field by selecting the field and using the Paste Above option.

Copy

This option lets you copy the current field. Once you copy a field, you can click on any existing placeholder to see a Paste option. Once you click Paste, the field will be copied to the selected placeholder. The original field will stay in place.  You can also paste the copied field above any existing field by selecting the field and using the Paste Above option.

Delete

This will delete the field that you currently have selected. You will receive a dialog box if the form has entries associated with the field. Deleting a field will delete all entry data associated with the field and cannot be undone.

Insert Field

This option allows you to insert a field above, below, before, or after the selected field.

Make Bigger/Make Smaller

This option appears depending on the field’s current size. If you want a field to span to both the left and right columns, choose the Make Bigger option. If the field already spans to the left and right columns, use the Make Smaller option to have the field only take up the left column.

Justify Row

This option will automatically resize all fields to fit evenly in a row.

Paste

This option only displays if you have used the Copy or Cut option during form creation. This will paste a copy or move the selected field to the placeholder you have selected.
