Using the Sort option on the Entries page, you have the ability to reorder entries alphabetically, numerically, or by other criteria (such as checked or unchecked). Start by selecting the Sort tab:
Next, select the field and order that you want to sort by:
- Most fields will sort alphabetically (A-Z and Z-A) or numerically (0-9 and 9-0).
- Signature fields sort by signed or unsigned.
- Yes/No fields sort by checked or unchecked.
- Some fields types (including sections, tables, and repeating sections) cannot be sorted.
Click the plus sign to add additional requirements, and click the trash icon to delete requirements. When you're finished setting your criteria, select Apply.
Now, your entries will be resorted according to your criteria.
