Exporting entries

To export your entries to an Excel spreadsheet:

  1. Click the Actions tab at the top of the Entries page.
  2. Next, choose how you want to export your entries:
    • Selection: Export any selected entries in the current view with the specified columns included.
    • Current View: Export all entries in the current view with the specified columns included.
    • All Fields: Export all entries in the current view with all columns included.
  3. All fields (with the exception of File Upload fields) will be included in the resulting Excel file, including any repeating section data. Repeating section/Table field data will be included on its own worksheet within the Excel file.
