Organization Management

Cognito Forms supports multiple organizations per single account, helping users more easily manage forms for different businesses. Please note that each organization has its own separate billing plan - refer to our help topic for more information about changing your organization's billing plan.

When you first register for a Cognito Forms account, you will create your first organization. You can modify this organization at any time by clicking on your organization’s name in the top right and the clicking the settings icon to access your organization settings.

Creating a New Organization

To create a new organization:

  1. Select the name of your current organization, then select + NEW ORGANIZATION from the dropdown. You can also add a new organization from your Account settings page under Organizations.
  2. Give your new organization a unique name and select your reply-to address. Learn more about changing your general settings.
  3. After successfully creating a new organization, you will be taken to that organization's form listing. Switch to another organization by using the dropdown next to your organization's name in the top right.

NOTE: For privacy, payment accounts (PayPal, Stripe, Square) will need to be individually connected to each of your organizations.
